it's a good manual for people that wants to have a better understanding of VOIP

I was afraid before I get this book. But after reading the introduction and the first chapter I knew that this is right book to prepare for CCVP CVoice exam. Every chapter in this book contains an exercise that establish knowled in "this" chapter. Now I am ready to order next book to learn for next CCVP exam.

Great book, but don't rely on it alone. It is not as "dry" as many other press books.
Great Book for the CVOICE Course June 26, 2007
As a technical instructor I have used this book for classes and have been very happly with the depth and coverage of the subject. I would highly reccomend this book for study material for the CVOICE objectives.
Review Questions are very easy March 8, 2007
Every chapter include 10 review questions but are very easy. I have read other Cisco press books with better chapter's questions.
I think that it is good idea to include more quantity and more complex review questions in order to get a better Chapter understanding.
