It took me weeks to figure out how to scan multiple pages from the ADF without the machine pausing and asking me to re-enter the instructions for each page. The quality of the scan is really not that great. The ADF leaves shadows around the page. There is no paper manual and the PDF one that comes on the CD-ROM is quite limited in its scope. I left a technical question on PlusTek's website with the promise of a 24-hour reply and never heard back from them. The bundled software is limited in its nature and from obscure publishers. I suggest that you pass on this one and keep shopping.
